SEF Service Map 2

Hi, I'm a happy user of SEF SM, very good component.
So far it's working fine, have a populated queue, status OK, logs OK, and dates OK for rpc.pingomatic.com.
But I want to set up a pingback server for Spanish related content "http://bitacoras.com/ping". Problem is I can't ad the new server.
"Bad host address or host don't support xml-rpc PingBack protocol"

I've changed line 45 of sefservicemap.php as posted elsewhere.
And updated to version 2.0.11 Or I guess I did.

My first question is about upgrading, I keep getting a warning when upgrading
JInstaller::install: Ya hay una carpeta llamada '/home/..../administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_sefservicemap.ini' - Por favor, inicialmente comprueba si:

The component is upgraded but all the plugins are still v 2.0
Is that correct?

On update instructions it says
If you are using the previous version of SEF Service Map (1.x), before installation of this new component (2.x), you should first correctly uninstall the old version. Remember to check the "Remove settings after uninstall" option before uninstalling.

Where is "Remove settings after uninstall"? I can't see this check box
Since I'm upgrading from 2.0 to 2.0.11 should I forget about this?

But still unable to add a new server
